About the Opportunity

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and supporting our team to achieve our ambitious goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Supporting the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and markets.
  • Providing training and support to sales staff.
  • Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports for management.
  • Conducting sales audits and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with marketing to optimize sales campaigns and strategies.

To be successful in the role you should have:

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in conducting sales audits and preparing performance reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing.
