CDMS Atlantic is currently hiring for the following position:

 Surface Supply dive supervisor / Operations Management Support

We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude that is taken to each and every job site above all else, where the dive team dynamic takes precedence within a fun working environment. We are looking for an outgoing diver who will be actively involved in our safety program as well, as all of our divers are. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic tools, Kirby Morgan Dive Helmet Technician certification, dive supervision, and Class surveys is considered an asset.

Location of work:

Primarily the Cape Breton area, with some travel required out of province at intermittent times throughout the year.

Job duties:

- Commercial in-water operations, including dive supervisor responsibilities when required

- Maintenance and inspection of equipment and shop facilities

- Participation in the CDMS Atlantic Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

- Client relations, document filing and processing, business development

- Report and video footage preparation

- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

A successful applicant must be DCBC certified. Current skill requirements and certifications must also include:

- Marine First Aid

- Oxygen Administration

- Current diver's medical

Any vessel operator courses (SVOP, MED or DVS, Limited master mariner, etc) is considered an asset.

Pay range - $50,000 - $70,000 annual

Hours - 30 - 50 per week
