Marble Mountain Estates is looking to add a Vineyard Property Manager to be a critical part of our growing winery.  The successful applicant will need to be a team player, organized and have a safety first mindset.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct all aspects of property management, including construction, vineyard maintenance, harvest and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure buildings are well-maintained and coordinate repairs and maintenance services as needed.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and generate financial reports.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in winemaking when required.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
