About the Opportunity 

Imagine being the go-to person for customers, helping them set up and maintain their storage systems and troubleshoot issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Configuring and maintaining storage systems.
• Fixing hardware and software problems.
• Using our service ticket system to handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborating with our team on improvements.
• Ensuring data security and backups.
• Diagnosing and resolving various technical issues.
• Working with a variety of customers and using strong critical reasoning skills to understand their needs and solve their problems.

In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact, tackling new challenges every day while helping our customers succeed. Our ideal candidate has experience in the above areas, loves to solve problems, and enjoys working with people. Graduation from an IT related program or field or relative experience required.
