Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Client support in their home including personal care, assisting with daily living skills, housekeeping, implementing behavior management programs, accompanying clients to appointments and recreation outings, resolve conflict situations, assisting clients with special needs.
Certificates, courses: Residential Care Worker certificate, Behavior Management Certification, Intermediate First Aid/CPR, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Food Safety Certificate, Cultural awareness training, Medication Awareness Certificate
Security and Safety: Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector check, Child Abuse Registry Check, Valid Driver's license
Work conditions: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; work under pressure, fast- paced environment.
