About Us

Full transparency: we work a little differently around here. This isn’t just another job where you punch in and punch out. We come to work every day because we strive to earn a living in a meaningful way. Too many people exist without finding joy or purpose in their work, and we believe that’s just wrong. After all, we spend at least a third of our lives working—so why not create workplaces where people want to come to work in the morning and feel good when they leave at the end of the day?

At Protocase USA, your ideas don’t just matter—they shape our future. We thrive on collaboration and innovation, where every voice is heard, valued, and makes a real impact. Does this sound like something you’d want to be a part of and help grow?

About the Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a Marketer with the spark and smarts to help us elevate our online presence.

This is more than just a marketing job. It’s your chance to make a real impact by creating content that connects with engineers, makers, and innovators across North America. We’re looking for someone with strong writing chops, a knack for planning, and the creative energy to bring fresh ideas to the table every day.

Are you a creative, energetic, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

Do you love storytelling, video editing, and creating engaging content, and feel right at home using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Canva and other AI tools—keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Marketer for Protocase, you will be organized, creative, and driven. You will think ahead, plan well, and take pride in producing high-quality content that tells a compelling story. You might be early in your career, but you’ve got the right attitude, energy, and curiosity to grow fast—and we’re here to support that growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Writing compelling copy for blogs, emails, website pages, social posts, and more
  • Designing basic visual content using Canva and editing short videos
  • Juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and optimizing workflow to ensure smooth production.
  • Reviewing edits for consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal before final delivery.
  • Planning and executing content calendars to stay ahead of trends and campaigns
  • Engaging with our online community and helping grow our brand presence
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to brainstorm new initiatives
  • Leveraging AI tools to speed up your workflow and enhance creativity
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics to fine-tune future content

About You

Above all else we want someone with a passion for marketing, and the aptitude for learning new things. Some additional skills that could help your application stand out are…

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field (B2B experience is a plus!)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills—your grammar is sharp, and your tone is on point
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts and content calendars
  • Familiarity with SEO, engagement strategies, and using analytics to drive decisions
  • Confidence using Canva, video editing tools, and AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar)
  • A presence on social media—LinkedIn, Instagram, or even your own YouTube or TikTok? Show us your stuff!
  • Strong storytelling skills – Ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with an audience
  • Creative mindset – Innate understanding of how to be creative while maintaining brand consistency
  • Ability to handle feedback & adapt quickly – We’re a fast-paced company, and we need someone who can take feedback and pivot efficiently
  • Excellent organization & planning skills – You can manage multiple projects while staying on schedule.
