About the Opportunity

As a Technical Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring our technical service team. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading and supervising a team of technical service professionals.
  • Providing training and development opportunities to team members especially in developing their personal potential
  • Fostering a cohesive team environment 
  • Ensuring high-quality technical support and customer service.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve service processes.
  • Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements.
  • Handling escalated technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Translating technical concepts for customers and team members for educational and mentoring purposes


In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by leading a team that supports our innovative products and solutions. Our ideal candidate has experience in a technical setting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for conflict resolution and team development.


To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • Proven experience in a technical setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Highly flexible in interpersonal interactions
  • Experience in technical support and customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues
  • Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software
  • A passion for technology and innovation
  • A degree in a relevant field considered an asset
