Sales Associate (Full-Time) – Schwartz Furniture | Sydney, NS

What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by greeting and assisting customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right furniture & products
- Use our proven sales process to guide customers from browsing to purchase
- Build long-term relationships through trust and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Collaborate with team members and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations
- Accurately process sales transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions
- Assist with inventory and showroom setup, including light furniture assembly
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience (furniture experience is an asset, not required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- A results-driven mindset with a desire to earn commission
- Interest in home décor, furniture, or design
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic computer/POS skills
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed
- Flexible availability (evenings & weekends required)
