Salary: Annual salary starting at $85,000,
negotiable based on commensurate knowledge and experience.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Clinical
Research Coordinator, RN, is responsible for, but not limited to,
supporting the execution of clinical trials in compliance with GCP, protocol,
and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates study activities,
participant recruitment, and site readiness while performing delegated clinical
procedures and monitoring participant safety. The Coordinator ensures accurate
documentation, data integrity, and investigational product accountability. This
position will collaborate closely with Investigators, sponsors, and internal
teams to deliver high-quality research and a positive participant experience.

receive care, contribute to innovation, and improve community health outcomes.
Core Accountabilities:
Study Management
- Review and assess protocols and amendments for clarity and feasibility.
- Ensure all study training, requirements, and site readiness are met prior to trial conduct.
- Coordinate site activities, including study start-up, initiation, monitoring, and Investigator meetings.
- Maintain adherence to Health Canada Division 5, ICH-GCP, and Care Access SOPs.
- Collaborate with Investigators, sponsors, and site staff to support study execution and timelines.
- Support recruitment efforts, including outreach, pre-screening, and enrollment of study participants.
- Obtain informed consent and complete protocol-required visit procedures.
- Maintain professional relationships with participants and ensure a positive study experience.
- Maintain accurate, timely source documentation and data entry (paper and e-source).
- Track investigational product inventory, dispensation, and participant compliance.
- Resolve data queries and support regulatory documentation and filing.
- Perform delegated clinical procedures (e.g., phlebotomy, IV insertion, vital signs, ECGs).
- Prepare, administer, and maintain accountability of investigational products.
- Monitor participants for adverse events (AEs/SAEs) and report per protocol.
- Review labs and diagnostics, ensuring timely Investigator oversight.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance with nursing standards and scope of practice.
- Maintain RN licensure and required research training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant clinical experience.
- Phlebotomy and infusion experience.
- Working knowledge of medical and research terminology.
- Understanding of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Client service mindset with a professional, positive approach.
- Clinical research experience.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, innovate, and contribute to team success.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
