About the Opportunity

As a Training Facilitator, you’ll bring a real passion for helping people learn and grow across the company.

  • Schedule, coordinate, direct, and oversee training initiatives for individuals across all departments and roles within the organization.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.
    • Support subject matter experts in identifying, developing, and delivering training materials and programs across a wide variety of topics.
    • Deliver training sessions in designated areas as directed by the Training Supervisor and Training Coordinator.
    • Measure training effectiveness through audits, testing, and feedback collection.
    • Report on training outcomes and effectiveness to the Training Department.
    • Utilize and adapt to an expanding suite of technology tools, including AI tools, to support training and learning initiatives.


About You

We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy, adapts quickly, and has a ton of patience—someone who can simplify complex ideas and is genuinely invested in helping people learn and succeed Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Education: No minimum education requirements.
    Experience:
    o Some experience or knowledge in instructional environments, teaching and learning, organizational training, or apprenticeship programs would be considered an asset.
    o Experience with data collection, measurement, and analysis would be considered an asset.
    o Experience maintaining and updating records is desirable.



  • Skills:
    o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    o Self-directed with a high level of accountability for tasks and outcomes.
    o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    o Ability to work effectively in an interdepartmental role supporting internal customers.
    o Comfortable supporting a wide variety of individuals and subject matter areas.
    o Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and systems, including AI applications.
    o Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $55,000 - $65,000 ,depending on experience.
