The Port of Sydney is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Cruise Ambassador program. As a Cruise Ambassador Volunteer, you will be one of the first points of contact for cruise passengers arriving in Sydney. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience for visitors to our city.

Responsibilities:

• Greet cruise passengers and provide a warm welcome to Sydney.
• Hand out maps and provide general directions to popular tourist destinations, restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions.
• Answer questions from visitors and provide accurate and helpful information about Sydney.
• Offer recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and attractions based on the interests of the visitors.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Availability to volunteer during cruise season (June to October)
