Description
Are you passionate about community engagement, cultural programming, and making meaningful connections? The Celtic Colours Festival Society is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to develop and manage educational programs and community events that are essential to the Festival’s offerings.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community groups, and cultural organizations
Develop and coordinate high-quality educational and outreach programs
Manage event schedules, ensuring smooth integration with the festival lineup
Organize and manage the Celtic Colours in the Schools Program
Track participation, engagement metrics, and event success
Prepare reports on outreach activities and program impact
What We’re Looking For
Experience in community engagement, event coordination, or arts programming
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with educational institutions or cultural organizations an asset
Willingness and ability to travel as needed

This full-time seasonal contract position requires availability during the Festival and the ability to travel.
