DUTIES

  • Inbound - Receiving calls from Customers
  • Outbound - collecting emails and speaking to principals
  • Reporting directly to Manager
  • Reaching Daily and Weekly Targets
  • Must be able to Upsell to customers

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Writing daily/weekly reports
  • Making suggestions on Scripts/Improving script as you make calls
  • Upselling Targets (daily and weekly

 

Please note that the Maritime Center for Africian Dance Inc. is located in Halifax Those selected for the position will not be required to live in Halifax as this is a remote position.
